The 5th Annual Fundraising soiréE
Just as birthdays provide a built-in reminder to remember and to celebrate, our annual Fundraiser serves a similar function. Each Fall, this event brings together our friends from around San Diego to celebrate the work God has done in our ministry that year. It is a wonderful way to connect and converse with friends and partners throughout the city and also enables us to raise the funds necessary to keep our ministry going. We would love for you to be a part of this special evening.
If you would like to hear more about the amazing things God has been doing in and through our ministry this year, please consider joining us for this amazing evening of food, fun, and stories of all that God is doing on the campuses through COSD.
Connecting the Dots
This year’s theme is “Connecting the Dots”. A college student on a big campus can often feel like a dot on a map. At COSD, we seek to make those individual students feel connected to the broader movement of God’s kingdom. We strive to help them make connections with other students, with our ministry, and with the God of the Universe who loves them and has a divine purpose for them. You can be connected to this work as well. Your gifts and donations are directly connected to the work we do on the campus. You can help us connect the dots for students. So, come, spend an evening getting to know our team and some of our student leaders and learning how you can connect the dots.

Glorifying God by building up leaders
Campus Outreach San Diego’s (COSD) Mission Statement is “Glorifying God by building up Christ-centered leaders on the college campus for the renewal of San Diego and beyond”. That mission has very practical implications for the campus. It means building up a team of full-time staff members who raise their own salary in order to make it possible for them to spend time pouring into the lives of students. It means putting on events that glorify God and attract unbelievers to consider what a life dedicated to Him could look like. It means helping students get away from campus life to contemplate what God is saying to them at conferences and retreats. And it means having the funds to make all of these things possible.
Over the years, COSD has been blessed by the generosity of individuals and churches around San Diego and the United States, allowing us to continue what we do for the sake of Christ. The Annual Fundraiser is our most important fundraising event and we rely on the proceeds from this event to fund our campus activities for the rest of the year.
